Electronic Coefficient of Friction Tester

The OAKLAND FX-7300 is a digital COF tester designed to measure the static and kinetic coefficients of friction of various materials, including plastic films, coatings, paperboard, textiles, and paper.

It fully complies with:
ASTM D1894Standard Test Method for Static and Kinetic Coefficients of Friction of Plastic Film and Sheeting
TAPPI T 549Coefficients of Static and Kinetic Friction of Uncoated Writing and Printing Paper by the Horizontal Plane Method
